1. Estimated Total Price: Please be advised that the final price displayed at checkout on our website is an estimate and may not reflect the exact total amount on the final invoice.
2. Multi-Case Deals: When ordering a multi-case deal, please note that the quantity reflects the number of multi-case bundles. For example, if you select a 3-case deal and order a quantity of 1, you are purchasing 3 cases of the product at the special deal price. The price will reflect the special deal price for the entire multi-case bundle.
3. Availability of Products/Quantities: It is possible that some products or quantities may not be available at the time your order is processed. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you promptly and offer alternatives if possible.
4. Consolidation of Orders: If you have submitted multiple online orders, please note that all open orders may be consolidated onto one invoice for your convenience.
5. Payment Handling: Please be aware that we do not accept payments through our website. All payments are handled in-house.
6. Delivery Requests: Regarding delivery requests, kindly note that all delivery terms must be negotiated before placing your order. Therefore, while we strive to accommodate delivery requests, your order may not be available for delivery if terms have not been agreed upon in advance.
