Our Founder

City Wholesale Liquor Co. was founded in New Orleans by Joseph Maselli in 1950. Towards the end of World War II, Maselli was stationed at Camp Plauche near New Orleans. There he met and married his wife Antoinette. After attending college on the GI Bill, he started City Wholesale. Maselli worked tirelessly, seven days a week, to build City Wholesale from the ground up, while Antoinette took care of their four children. He remained deeply committed and worked diligently until his passing in 2009. The second and third generations are now operating City Wholesale in the tradition of Joseph Maselli: customer service as its first priority.

Central Location

We're located in the heart of New Orleans if you would like to pick up. Come and see us during business hours, even if it's just for one bottle! Delivery is also available everyday.

How to Set Up an Account

As a licensed wholesale business, we can only sell alcohol to licensed retailers. You may follow the steps to create an account online or come and see us in person! We will just need a copy of your Louisiana ATC License, your Resale Certificate and for you to fill out some necessary information.
